Zumbini Class Policies:

Please note that these policies are in addition to our regular policies.

Class attendees are expected to follow all policies and rules set forth by Little Rainbows Play Place while visiting the facility.

 

Adult Participation

Caregivers are required to participate in class alongside their children. We recommend a maximum of 2 children per adult to facilitate class flow and bonding. Additional adults are welcome to attend at no extra cost.

 

Attire

Please dress comfortably and be ready to move. Shoes may not be worn in class, as classes are held in our no-shoes play area. We highly recommend grip socks for all participants.

 

Waivers

Signed waivers are required for every class participant. This includes adults who may attend occasionally, such as visiting grandparents, babysitters, etc.

 

Late Sign-Ups

If you wish to join a session after it has already begun, please email the instructor. We do not allow single class drop-ins.

 

Missed Class Policy

If you are unable to attend class for any reason, please let us know and you may attend a make-up class on a later date. Refunds will not be issued for any missed classes.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancelling the full 10-week session, notice must be given in writing (email/text) at least 1 week prior to the start of the session, at which time, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit minus a $20 cancellation fee. If notice is not given (no-show), no refund will be issued. After participating in at least one class, the policy for those wishing to cancel will fall under the Missed Class Policy. Little Rainbows staff reserves the right to make exceptions on all policies on a case-by-case basis.
