I booked a party! Now what?
2 Weeks Before Your Party
You'll receive a short questionnaire via email to help us gather important details about your celebration.
5 Days Before Your Party
We’ll confirm all party details and check in about any last-minute needs or questions you may have.
2 Days Before Your Party
If you’ve selected our “Decor Drop-Off” upgrade, this is the day to drop off your decorations at our facility.
1 Day Before Your Party
We'll send a final confirmation email, along with a link to pay your remaining balance.
Party Day
You're welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time. Our staff will be ready to help carry items from your vehicle and assist with setup.
During the Party
Kick back, relax, and enjoy the celebration while the kids play!
After the Party
Take home your leftover food, cake, and gifts. We’ll handle the rest of the cleanup! A large dumpster is available for trash and pizza boxes—just set aside anything you’d like us to toss. Don’t forget to make any final payments before you go.
