What's the difference between a regular visit and an Open Play Party?
A regular visit is simply coming to play — even if you meet up with a few friends or bring a small gift for your child. An Open Play Party is for when you’re hosting a more organized celebration with reserved space, shared food, decorations, birthday treats, or a group setup.
If it starts to feel like you’re planning an event rather than just stopping in to play, that’s the perfect time to book an Open Play Party and enjoy a dedicated space for your group!
Can I bring cake or cupcakes during regular open play?
During regular open play, families are welcome to bring simple snacks or drinks for their own child or household. However, birthday-style treats such as cake, cupcakes, cookie trays, or similar shared celebration foods are considered party-style items and should be reserved for a booked Open Play Party or Private Party.
