Unlimited Play Membership POLICIES
Household Policy

Unlimited Play Memberships can only be applied to children living within the same household.

​Children living outside of the member's household will need to purchase a separate membership.
Special Events & Members-Only Events

Member discounts on special events will be determined separately for each event.

Your membership must be active for the month/year in which the event occurs to be eligible for the member discount or to access a members-only event.​

Members-only events may include separate fees to help cover the cost of the event. These fees will be collected prior to or at the time of the event.
Renewal

Memberships are auto-renewed on a monthly/yearly basis and billed to the credit card on file.

​Memberships cannot be purchased with cash or check.
Pausing Your Membership

Memberships may be placed on hold at any time for up to six (6) months. When a membership has been paused for five (5) months, our staff will send an email notification. At that time, you may choose to reactivate or cancel your membership. If we do not receive a response, the membership will be automatically canceled at the end of the six-month pause period.​
Cancellation

Memberships may be cancelled at any time.

Your membership will remain active until the date of expiration (end of the current billing cycle), after which you will be required to purchase daily admission when visiting Little Rainbows Play Place.

Refunds cannot be issued for any unused portion of your monthly or yearly membership.
