Open Play Party reservations may be cancelled at any time prior to the scheduled party for any reason.
If you need to cancel, the party host may request store credit for the full amount paid, including the reservation fee and any purchased child admissions. Refunds will not be issued.
If the party host does not arrive and no cancellation is made before the scheduled start time (ie, no-show), the reservation fee is forfeited and no refunds will be issued. However, store credit may be issued for purchased child admissions.
