Is there a time limit on my daily admission pass?
Nope! You can play as long as you like.
Do I have to make a reservation before coming to play?
No. You are welcome to drop in any time during our open hours. If we are at capacity, you may be asked to wait for a short while before entering the play area.
Can I leave and come back later on the same day?
Yes! Before leaving, please let our staff know that you intend to return so that we can make note of it.
I have a membership. Can a grandparent, babysitter, or other adult bring my child(ren) to play?
Yes, as long as the parent/guardian has given their permission.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase an eGift Card HERE. Physical gift cards are also available at our front desk.
Do you offer discounted play pass bundles?
Yes! We offer a pack of 10 daily admission passes that can be purchased in-store or on our memberships page.
How do I redeem & keep track of my 10-pack of play passes?
We keep track of your visits for you! No more lost punch cards! When you come in to play, simply give us the name or email that was used to purchase the 10-pack and we'll make a note in our system.
Can I share a 10-pack of play passes with more than one child?
Absolutely! You may distribute the passes among siblings, friends, cousins, or whomever you'd like!
However, one play pass can only be used for one child. One play pass does NOT cover multiple children.
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, digital payments such as Apple Pay & Google Pay, PayPal (online only), and checks.
